What do you bring to class?
Wear comfortable clothes, aerobic/cross training shoes, and water. We have mats and weights available.
Is babysitting offered?
Yes, we have babysitting for the 9:15am class Monday through Friday. The cost is $3 per child or $25 for a 10-class pass. No reservations are needed.
I am a current EFT customer from out of town. Will you honor my pass?
Yes, you may attend classes in Carmel Valley. Please bring your class pass for proof. If you are a current customer at another facility in San Diego County, please call/email us for more information.
Can I start anytime?
Yes, there are no "sessions." You may start anytime you'd like. Please arrive to class 10 minutes prior to class start time.
How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
